The full policy

NxtDue's complete privacy policy, the one linked from the App Store and Google Play, is published on the NxtDue website: nxtdue.com/privacy. It is the version that applies. This page is a short summary of it.

The short version

Your account: an email address (confirmed with a one-time code), a display name and a mobile number. The password is stored only as a one-way hash. We never send SMS to your number.
What you add: your reminders and any documents you attach, such as a policy PDF or a photo of a receipt. If you share a reminder with family, they see only that reminder.
Where it is kept: on servers in India (Microsoft Azure, Central India).
No ads, no selling of data, no training AI models on it, and no tracking you elsewhere. The app has no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
Payments for Premium are handled by the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card details.
Email receipt scanning and WhatsApp reminders are not available yet. When they arrive, both stay off unless you turn them on.

Export and delete

You can export or delete everything yourself in the app, under Settings → Privacy & security. Deleting signs you out everywhere at once; your data can be recovered for 30 days in case of a mistake and is then permanently deleted. Without the app, use nxtdue.com/delete-account.
